Noipunno App Registration & Usage Guide

Login process of schools with EIIN

• To use Noipunno App Open your Browser and Visit master.noipunno.gov.bd .
• First ‘Login’ using ‘User ID’ and ‘PIN’ received on the mobile number of the head of the institution.
• When logging in for the first time, change the previous PIN number and set your preferred PIN number.

Login process of schools without EIIN

• To use Noipunno App Open your Browser and Visit master.noipunno.gov.bd .
• For those institutions which do not have EIIN number, click on ‘Registration’ option on ‘Login’ page. After clicking you will see ‘Registration’ form. If you submit the ‘Registration’ form with proper information, it will reach the email of the concerned upazila secondary education office of the institution. The Upazila Secondary Education Office will then approve the application. After the approval of the Upazila Secondary Education Office, a System Generated Number (SGN*****), a ‘User ID’ and a ‘PIN’ number will be sent to the mobile of the institution head. First login using System Generated Number (SGN*****), ‘User ID’ and ‘PIN’ received on the mobile number of the head of the institution.

Rules For After Login

After registration and login in Noipunno App, you will see seven (7) management related to the school on the home page. You can also see the management in the drop-down of the ‘Management’ tab. These managements should be done from the ID of the head of the organization.

Branch Management: Add the information related to the organization’s ‘Branch’ by clicking on the option and create the branch by selecting the name of the branch head.

Shift Management: Click on the ‘Shift Management’ option from the menu. In the ‘Shift Management’ section enter the organization’s shift information, schedule and select the branch.

Version Management: Create Bengali/English version according to branch by clicking on ‘Version Management’ option from the menu.

Add Section: Click on the ‘Add Section’ option from the menu. Complete section creation by providing appropriate information.

Teacher Management: Add teachers under your institution to the information system. If the teacher has ‘PDS ID’ then select the teacher information from the list on the right side and update by adding the teacher. If any teacher’s name is not in PDS list, then click on ‘Add Teacher’ option. Where in the drop-down select the applicable option from ‘Teacher without PDS’ or ‘Part-Time Teacher’ option. In this way connect all the teachers to the school.

Student Management: Add section wise students individually by going to this option and selecting from the required information list. If you want, you can add data of multiple students to the school at once by uploading data in excel file in prescribed format.

Subject Teacher Selection: Then select ‘Subject Teacher’ for each subject. Once everything is selected click on the ‘Save Data’ button. If you want, you can change the teacher information of the section again by going to the ‘Edit’ option. You can select a teacher for more than one subject if you want.
